Beeswax has a natural yellow color and honey scent, but it is expensive and can be difficult to burn easily. This recipe yields one pound and burns smoothly with minimal dripping.
We recommend using beeswax that has not been heavily processed. Unless there is a need to have a whiter color candle, it is best to not use bleached beeswax.
Add paraffin and bees waxes to a melting pot.
Melt and gently stir to combine.
Bring wax to about 170°F. Add any scents or dyes before carefully pouring candle.
Pour the melted wax into the candle mold.
This 1 pound recipe will yield any of the following types of candles:

10-50 drops of essential oil can be combined with the melted wax, depending on scent and strength desired.
